Our Story
GBC Systems was founded in 2002 by Lorna Schauseil, following more than a decade working directly inside the bottled water and ice software industry.
During the 1990s, Lorna was deeply involved in training, installations, customer support, and data conversions for route accounting systems. This hands-on experience gave her a clear view into the operational gaps companies were struggling with every day.
As the industry began shifting toward modern platforms, it became clear that existing systems were not evolving fast enough to meet the needs of growing delivery businesses.
GBC was created to change that.
From the beginning, the goal was simple: build a system that gives operators full visibility and control over their business, without forcing them into rigid workflows or limited reporting.
